6/2/2023 0 Comments Egalaxy touch driverEven getting to that point took several attempts using the 9-point calibration and physically adjusting where I touched the screen during calibration. The closest I could get was the cursor position was correct on the left side but on the right the cursor was about 3/4" to the right and 1/4" below where I touched. ![]() It installed the correct driver but I couldn't get the touchscreen adequately calibrated. The second one I tried was from this website and was the first one listed under Windows 7 (5.2). The first is the UPDD 4.1.8 from this website but it didn't include the correct driver so didn't work. So far I've tried 2 different drivers I've found online. The controller is made by Atouch but they don't offer any driver downloads on their site. The device ID in device manager is "USB/VID_0EEF&PID_0001&REV_0010". According to it the controller is SA421 with firmware 2.28. The XP machines have touchkit 3.8.1 installed on them. I've attached a photo of the touchscreen controller. ![]() I've gotten everything to work except the touchscreens. The current computers are running Windows XP and I'm trying to replace them with PCs running Windows 7. We have 2 custom-made kiosks that I'm trying to upgrade the computers in.
